Are the live online classes recorded?
Yes, each live online class will be recorded and released a few days after the live event. The recording is then available to buy in the 'On-demand' section of the website.
If you have bought the live class you will automatically be sent the recording the morning after the live event.
How long are the live classes?
Each live online class is 1.15hrs
How long are the on-demand classes?
Each on-demand class is 1.15hrs
If i buy a live online class and can't make it do i get a recording of the class?
Yes, if you bought a live online class ticket and missed the live event you will be sent the class recording the following morning.
How long do i have to watch the recorded classes?
Once downloaded to your device the classes are then yours to keep and watch as many times as you like.
How do i cancel my subscription?
Login to your account and click the 'manage my subscription' on the navigation bar at the top of the page. Any active subscriptions you have will appear, scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'cancel subscription' and follow the steps.
Can i get a refund for a class if i can no longer make it?
Online classes
We can not refund online classes but we are more than happy to swap you to a different class.
Live, in person classes
If you have bought a ticket for a live, in person class but can no longer make it we ask for 48hrs notice for a refund.
How does the 'Studio mix' subscription package work?
At the start of every month a new recorded class will be added to your account with the materials list, class images and anything else you need to take part.
Please make sure you download this file to your device by the 30th of the month, as after that date it will be removed and the next month's class will be added to your account.
How does the 'Live and learn' subscription package work?
At the start of each month i will email you with the two live class options for the month. You will need to add these two classes to your cart and then add the discount code provided. This will take 100% off the cost at the checkout. You will then be automatically added to both class lists and i will be in touch a week before each class with the zoomlink and any other info you might need to take part.
How does the 'Unlimited Studio' subscription package work?
Each month you get access to two new recorded classes plus over 60 archived classes.
Can i use Ellie's photographs as inspiration for my making own work?
Yes, please do, that's why i share my photos of arrangements and individual flowers with you. I want them to be used 🧡
