What there was was lovely. Appeared disorganised and this gave sense of not enough of the type of content expected.

I took the recorded version of this class rather than the live session, and I really enjoyed learning Moira’s techniques—she explains things clearly and demonstrates some beautiful approaches to her wet on wet techniques.

One suggestion I have is that the live painting presentation might work better in landscape orientation rather than portrait, as it felt a bit cramped on screen. I also would have preferred to watch Moira painting for more of the time, rather than seeing the reference flowers displayed for extended periods, since we already had the photos downloaded for the class. I would also like to see the dry, finished flowers that Moira painted during the class.

I also have the Moira's Marine Life class, which is filmed in landscape orientation, and I found that format much easier to follow. I’m curious whether the other two flower classes with Moira are also filmed in landscape—if so, I might suggest starting with one of those first. This class is 2 years old, so I suspect they have fixed everything in the subsequent classes.

I felt the class was a little rushed and that we miss a few bits for watching it later: such as a deck that the artist wanted to share but was then promised to be sent to the students after the class, and also, I didn't get to see the final work produced by the artist and fellow students. Overall I wouldn't buy it again, but would perhaps try to join a live class and see if that's better.
